I would not recommend this bluetooth to anyone anymore. In researching other users experience, it seems that this is not at all unusual for this model. Overall, I would've recommended this product very highly to others - that is, til it stopped holding a charge. It's my understanding that Plantronics is not very good to deal with if you're trying to return a product, so I'm not going to bother and I'm not going to bother gambling another $100 on this product. I bought this bluetooth from amazon.com last December and have used it for about six months. It has great quality sound and fits snug, too. I'm probably lucky I got six months out of mine - many users reported that theirs stopped holding a charge within as little time as a month.

It is the first blue tooth that I have used that others can hear me and I can hear them. This product is great for sound. I love how small it is and how you can easily get it out of the charger.

I kept buying different ones hoping to have one that was loud enough and clear enough to be worthwhile. I bought this one for my wife because I was so pleased with the black one that I bought prior.

Don't bother wasting your money anywhere else. It is a pain to get the headset plugged into it.

She has now grown to love it just as much as me.The charging case is a pain to master but worth the time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good bluetooth headset.

I have tried about 20 different bluetooth headsets and this one out performs all the others. They all had some kind of problem that made me hate them within days of buying.Plantronics has the answer in the Discovery 925.

The freedom and extended use that this case offers is worth the learning curve.

No product is perfect, but this one is definitely a keeper. It's easy to use, comfortable and light, and attractive but discreet. I don't usually write product reviews, but when my Discovery 925 survived abuse from my toddler and a cycle in the wash machine, I had to share in the excitement of the other five-star reviews. Don't get me wrong, in addition to being very durable, this is a great earpiece. I can also appreciate the great sound quality.

It has been little device ever. I highly recommend it. After doing my research on what blue tooth to get for my Centro, I decided to get this. wWith the charging/caring case it has been handy and also a safe place to secure it when not in use.
